What was the highlight of The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas
Friendly and welcoming. But not quite simple enough for a couple hicks. Elevators
I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with.
Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

Great experience. Challenging at checkin.
The resort was nice. Rooms were clean. Most of the workers were friendly.
Had to change rooms three times to get the room we expected from booking. Didn’t like the fact that you can’t use an upgrade when going through booking.com

Too much charges for 2 restaurants we did eat for dinners. Should be all inclusive

What was the highlight of The Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas
It was a fantastic vacation!
The property is stunning! It combines old world charm with modern updates and amenities. The pools are great, the private beach is a major plus, and the views of St. John and beyond are breathtaking.
The gift shop leaves a lot to be desired for a 4 or 5 star resort. My wife and I went looking for some gifts and keepsakes and there wasn’t anything worth buying. We also had a bad experience at the Bluewater restaurant. The wait staff seemed to completely forget we existed. It took o we an hour for our food, we had one drink and were never asked if we’d like another one the entire time.
